Booster AI Intensive: a one-week AI automation pilot.

A first real automation per pair, in one week.

Booster AI Intensive is Teamcubation's pilot format: six people, organized in three pairs, work over one week on their own processes. The goal is to build a first real automation per pair, with expert mentors and a focused scope.

Who is Booster AI Intensive for?

Business teams that want to try Teamcubation's method with a focused process before moving on to a longer program. The team's experience and the candidate process are reviewed when defining the pilot.

What does the pilot aim to solve?

A repetitive, focused task the pair knows: consolidating information, processing emails with attachments or preparing a periodic report. The pilot concentrates on a first automation that lets the team get to know the way of working.

How does Booster AI Intensive work?

  1. 1. Choose a concrete scope.

We identify the tasks and tools each pair will work on.

  2. 2. Build in pairs.

Participants develop their first automation with support from expert mentors.

  3. 3. Share what was built.

The pairs present what they built and the experience gained during the pilot.

A first automation experience.

The pilot's goal is a first working automation per pair and building experience on a process of their own. That journey helps evaluate the next step. A working pilot has a different scope from the full Booster AI program.

How do we track progress?

In Booster AI Intensive, the pairs' progress is recorded in Teamboarding to support the pilot's journey.

The training lasts one week. The preparation and conditions of the pilot are defined when agreeing on the scope.

How many people take part?

The format is six people, organized in three pairs.

How is it different from Booster AI?

The Intensive works on a first pilot in pairs over one week. Booster AI lasts five weeks, is aimed at automating processes with a broader journey, and mentoring is individual.

Does it work if the team doesn't use AI yet?

Prior experience is reviewed when defining the pilot. For teams with no foundation in using AI, Starter AI is the starting program to consider.

Which tools are used?

Automation tools like n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or Claude Cowork, depending on the company's ecosystem and the chosen process.
