Booster AI is Teamcubation's program in which business teams automate real day-to-day processes with AI and agents. Each participant works on a process of their own, supported by an expert mentor. It's five weeks of program.

Who is Booster AI for?

Business teams that already use AI and need to move on to automating their own processes. If they don't yet have experience using AI, Starter AI lets them build that foundation.

Which processes can be worked on?

Consolidating information, periodic reports, processing emails or tasks that move data between systems. The selection starts from each participant's process, the available tools and what is best to solve first.

How does Booster AI work?

1. Prepare the team.

Charlas AI introduces the program and supports leaders in guiding teams with new capabilities.
2. Choose the process.

Each person identifies a process of their own: which tasks it includes, which systems are involved and what result needs improving.
3. Build with a mentor.

Participants work on their automation with tools like n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or Claude Cowork. The mentor guides and the building stays in the person's hands.
4. Consolidate what's built.

In the final week, each participant leaves their automation running and documented so they can keep using it in their work.

The program works to bring automations to production and train the team to sustain and evolve them. The scope is defined around concrete processes; people take part in the building and understand how what they made works.

How do we track progress?

In Booster AI, Teamboarding records each participant's progress and the impact on the processes worked on. Those responsible receive reports to follow the journey.

Is prior experience required?

No. Booster AI is aimed at people with no prior experience in automation or AI.

What is an AI agent?

It's a system that uses AI to decide and carry out steps aimed at a task, within the available tools and permissions. A fixed-rule flow can also automate a process without necessarily being an agent.

How is it coordinated with IT?

The program is aimed at business teams. The access, permissions and integrations the process requires are coordinated according to each company's policies and organization.
